Our client is a global premium Financial Services firm with a base in Singapore. They have engaged our services for a Senior Learning Manager (competitive) to join the team. We have met with the client and have been impressed by the quality of both the environment and company culture. The successful candidate will embrace technology, especially within digital learning, embedding a digital curriculum, mobile app learning and the use of AI to further grow their internal talent pool – a very exciting position for this company! This person will be responsible for both design, delivery and engaging with the business to understand individualised learning needs. You will be creative and will be able to visualise learning programmes and get them executed and tailored to the business according to both current and future pipeline needs. Workforce planning is key to this business so you will act as a key enabler for their future growth and success. You will leverage external suppliers as and where needed, but will primarily deliver soft and technical skills training, team building exercises, drive and lead thought leadership events, conceptualise and deliver a high potential programme, leadership development. This role will partner with all levels of the organisation to deliver and evaluate learning needs across the business, excellent stakeholder management skills are essential for this role.

Requirements - Prior experience in Learning and development is a must. If you come from a tech or financial services background that would be desirable, otherwise they are open as they want to retain the highest quality candidate for the role.
