Senior Manager, Learning and Organisation Development
About Our Client
Our Client is a large Conglomerate with businesses across multiple industries and is currently looking for an experienced Senior Manager to drive L&OD strategies across the Group.
You will lead initiatives and programs to assist with organizational transformation and change management. A big part of your role would be to deliver the Group’s learning programs and deploy modules that are aligned with the Group’s strategic people initiatives. You will be planning, developing, implementing and maintaining appropriate learning and organization development programs. You will also act as a consultant to HR partners as an L&OD subject matter expert.
The Successful Applicant
You must possess at least a Bachelor Degree with minimum 12 years of Learning and Organisational Development expertise with experience managing a transformation/ change. Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and experience creating as well as delivering learning programs to the senior management are pre-requisites.
