Our client is a global premium Financial Services firm with a base in Singapore. They have engaged our services for a Senior Talent Manager (VP) to join the team. We have met with the client and have been impressed by the quality of both the environment and company culture. They are a premium firm that uses the latest that technology has to offer and are growing their busy HR team. This person will be responsible for driving a highly talented workforce, succession planning, talent bench and pipelining and creating a long-termism culture, answering strategic questions and providing strategic insight in this space.
This company has high standards and heavily promotes internal development. The successful candidate will embrace technology, especially within digital learning, embedding a digital curriculum, mobile app learning and the use of AI to further grow their internal talent pool – a very exciting position for this company! App design and much more. They recognise the value their people bring and are willing to invest in accelerating internal talent across the organisation.
Leveraging the business strategy, this person will champion the people agenda. Responsible for supporting managers including Board succession planning and talent development. You will support a team whose key remit includes refining talent management practices and sustaining the leadership pipeline, identifying developmental and deployment opportunities for talent, managing the leadership assessment process and supporting the appointment process for Managing Directors and Senior Positions to ensure they are aligned to the company’s cultures, ethos and extremely high standards.
This person will conceptualize and develop new talent solutions, frameworks, and tools to build and sustain a high performing workforce and work closely with the L&D team to execute effectively.
Business is good, we have a number of positions with this client at present.
Requirements - Prior talent management/strategy or Human Capital experience is a must. If you come from a tech, e-commerce or have worked on leading edge projects in the talent space that would be highly desirable.
