About Our Client

Our client is a global player in the high-tech manufacturing industry. Given their strong performance in recent years, they have received financial backing from the market and are currently embarking on introducing change management and transformation to the firm. Hence, they have created this position and will be looking for a strong Regional HR Manager to join them.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of HR Operations in Singapore, you will lead the TA function globally. You will be instrumental in developing the standards guiding and developing the team while overseeing other areas of talent acquisition such as campus recruitment and employer branding. You will aim to deliver a first-class experience through your recruiters to candidates and ensure that the brand awareness remains high in people’s mind. More importantly, you will need to drive the recruitment strategy from a corporate perspective and to work closely with HR and TA teams on the ground.

The Successful Applicant

Ideally, you should possess a minimum of 8 years of Talent Acquisition experience with a good mix of both in-house and agency/RPO settings. You should have led a small team of TA specialists and have covered the wider recruitment activities such as employer branding/campus recruitment etc. They will be looking for someone who is highly adaptable to changes and highly resilient and this position would require them to influence stakeholders. They are looking at someone who has a proven track record and is looking to step up to the next level.
