Reporting to the Country HR Director, you will work alongside him/ her in formulating people agenda that encompasses talent needs analysis, performance management, customizing training programs, succession planning and managing high potentials, among others. As the HR partner, you will engage people at the operational and corporate levels very closely, facilitating their development plans and handling any grievances between staff and their line managers. Key to your success will be the ability to anticipate business needs and strategically advising senior line managers on manpower planning and its relevant action points.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for someone with in-depth knowledge and prior experience in implementing Talent Management and Learning strategies for at least 5 years within a dynamic and matrix environment. You should be Degree qualified in HRM or Business Management with at least 8 years of HR related experience in multinational companies. To be successful, you should possess strong engagement, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
