Regional HR Director (US MNC)
An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen with a US software solutions company for an HR Director to align people practices and drive HR initiatives and change across the APAC region.
Reporting into the Global VP of HR based in US, you will be responsible for providing HR advisory services, working with management on talent pipelining, leadership development, and advising on compensation strategies and learning programs to drive performance and morale. The HR Director will also drive culture and change, and manage the entire HR operations and employee lifecycle for the region.
With a Bachelor Degree, you will have a minimum of 10 years relevant professional experience with at least half in a regional leadership role and have ideally worked with minimal supervision in an individual capacity. Experience in stakeholder management at the senior level, strong business acumen and a proven track record in influencing will be key to the success of this role.
