Regional Learning & Development Lead (Digital Media)
A market-leader in digital advertising services and technology, our client has presence in multiple countries across the Asia region. Having a fun, flat culture the organisation will continue to grow and mature. With the scale of the business in Asia right now, it is time to hire the first L&D specialist for the region.
You will be responsible for establishing and delivering the full spectrum of learning and development programs across the business. This will include new joiner induction and training programs, and ongoing professional development plans for each function and level. In addition, providing HR and management related training to leaders in the business. You will also partner with your HR colleagues in creating effective talent management and succession planning initiatives.
We are seeking an L&D specialist with over 5 years of experience in the Asia market working for a fast-paced, modern company. You should be passionate about learning & development, experienced in all areas including needs analysis, job/grade competency definition and assessment, instructional design, effectiveness measurement, coaching and facilitation. You will have proven success in establishing an L&D function, or running entire learning projects. Excellent communication skills is a must as well as the ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
