Regional Organisational Development Lead
A superb newly created opportunity has arisen within a global pharmaceutical MNC for a Regional Organisational Development Lead to become part of the HR team in Singapore.
Reporting to the Regional Head of HR, and supporting a cluster, you will be responsible for establishing the function which will include change management, organization effectiveness and performance from analysis and diagnosis through to implementation of recommended interventions.
Your track record will include having the ability and credibility to work with and influence senior stakeholders as well as have demonstrated experience of managing large scale complex change initiatives involving multiple stakeholders. You will also have the confidence to engage across organisation regardless of geography, culture, function, and good understanding of how to fit diverse functional teams together.
