Regional Recruitment Lead (Online Advertising)
This global business provides leading-edge solutions for online advertising. With solid funding and superior technology, they are well placed to be the market leader in Asia Pacific. The regional HR team is based in Malaysia, servicing several countries across Asia.
Due to continued growth and some new business strategy, the company needs to up-skill the recruitment function. Leading the regional talent acquisition team, your mission is to improve the speed and quality of hiring senior professionals in the industry. It's a hands-on role where you will be expected to manage the entire recruitment and on-boarding process in multiple countries. This will involve market mapping, creating a strong pipeline of talent to engage with hiring managers. Candidates are sourced through a range of channels including direct recruitment and agencies.
You will work with HR partners to develop and communicate the employer value proposition externally, and be responsible for providing a great candidate experience. We are seeking an independent professional with specialised experience in end to end recruitment in the media, online or advertising industry in Asia. You should have an existing network in this area, with the ability to approach and build relationships with senior sales and technical professionals. You will bring innovative candidate sourcing and selection ideas to the company. Strong English communication skills and the ability to travel regularly are required. Prior management experience and complementary HR generalist background would be a plus.
