Regional Total Rewards Lead (Asia)
A fantastic a great 'step up' opportunity has arisen for a Regional Total Rewards Lead to join this global chemicals organisation and work across a wide APAC remit. Reporting to the Regional HR Director you will be responsible for the full spectrum, looking after approximately 1500 employees across 15 countries.
You will provide support as a subject matter expert in C&B to senior management and country HR through developing and implementing global strategies including all compensation, benefits, and incentive programs aimed at attracting and retaining employee talent, and enhancing business performance through motivation and engagement of staff.
Experience having worked in a matrix environment as well as excellent stakeholder management skills will be crucial to the success of this role, along with your 10 years plus of relevant regional experience and a profound knowledge in C&B program design and implementation. A degree is essential as is working within an MNC at a corporate or regional level.
