Senior HR Manager SEA
Our client is a joint venture between two well-known organisations within the manufacturing space and are looking to set up an entity within Singapore to become their new South East Asia Hub. As a result of this, they have opened up a new position and are looking to hire a Senior HR Manager or Head of HR for South East Asia to lead the HR function across the region and support both the commercial and manufacturing divisions.
Reporting into the Regional MD, your main responsibility will be to align people practices and drive HR initiatives and change across the SEA region. In line with the business goals and needs you will develop HR strategies, policies and programs and work closely with country HR to get those implemented.
With a Bachelor Degree, you will have a minimum of 12 years relevant professional experience with at least half in a regional leadership role (especially across South East Asia) and have worked with minimal supervision in an individual capacity. If you have come from a similar industry this would be a bonus.
Experience in stakeholder management at the senior level, strong business acumen and a proven track record in influencing will be key to the success of this role.
