VP - HR (Entertainment/Leisure)
An expanding Entertainment/Leisure organisation with a reputable name in the market in Singapore is currently seeking an AVP or VP-HR to head up the region. The purpose of the role is to lead and manage the HR function across the division and get involved in the expansion of the business into Asia.
As HR subject matter expert to all business leaders, you will and reporting to the CEO, you will be required to structure, design and implement new group policies, procedures and practices, as well as drive change, corporate culture, and organisational design.
With a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in HR business partnering, you will ideally come from the F&B, Leisure, Entertainment or Hospitality industry and have a strong knowledge of local and regional employment laws and HR practices. Experience in M&A would be a huge advantage as well as working within a fast paced and ever changing environment.
