Reporting directly into the senior leadership business and functionally to the CHRO based in the US, this is a senior management role responsible for injecting structure, building operations, integrating relationships with the ultimate aim of responding to business successes as the Agency itself grows, wins and consolidates business. Not afraid of the nitty-gritty HR, you will partner with the business to take a proactive and consultative approach in key areas such as talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, reward and recognition and disciplinary issues, plus develop & lead the implementation, communication and delivery of the company's Talent Management initiatives.
 
This role requires HR and business vision, entrepreneurial flair along with an awesome sense of humour understanding of the different personalities within the creative sector. It's likely you'll come from within branding, digital, advertising, media, technology, or any fast moving consumer/services industry. This would be perfect for a passionate HR who's looking for their next big move, with similar remit to a mini-CHRO. You'll have bags of confidence and conviction to deliver what it takes, with essential experience that includes –
 
 * Smart, commercial understanding – figures, numbers, P&L
 * HR Strategic ‘Do-er' – engagement, retention, value proposition
 * Entrepreneurial, client services focused, executor, detailed, APAC
