This is an established industrial company with a strong footprint in Singapore. There is now an excellent opportunity to join the organisation as a APAC Total & Rewards lead. Reporting into the Regional HR Director based in Singapore, you will drive and lead the APAC Reward Strategy across all markets and business lines. Given its matrix structure, you will also report to the global C&B head and contribute to global reward policy formulation.
Key responsibilities include developing and strengthening the regional total rewards framework and guidelines in compliance with the global standards, as well as reviewing, implementing and maintaining a job grading system for the region. The scope covers all total reward aspects including management pay, incentives and job grading to executive compensation, employee share plans and benefits.
Ideally you are degree qualified with strong total rewards background of at least 10 years or more covering APAC markets in MNC environments. To be successful, you should be a results-oriented, high calibre professional with a successful track record. You are a proven performer in times of change, growth and ambiguity with the ability to oversee complex structures and operations. The ideal candidate must also be able to work at strategic level as well as being hands-on and operational in execution.
