We are in close partnership with a global organisation to appoint a Assistant HRM - Regional Talent & Performance Management. This is a well-regarded MNC, which is growing very quickly in the region and its regional office is headquartered in Singapore. In order to support ambitious growth plan, the organisation now needs top HR talent.
Reporting to the Regional Head of HR, you will be responsible to design learning agenda and structure, as well as planning based on business needs. Enhancing the learning capability of the organization is the key objective. This will include acting as a Business Partner from a strategic standpoint, as well as handling operational responsibilities.
To be considered, you will be an experienced HR professional who has at least 5 years of experience in performance management and/or Talent Management with strong end-to-end exposure. You should be used to working in fast-paced large multinational environments with a mindset for resolving problems in the face of ambiguity. You should have the gravitas to influence the business in a commercial sense and be willing to roll up your sleeves if needed.
