Our client, a well-recognised company within the FMCG industry is seeking to hire an experienced HR Shared Services individual to play an integral part in their Singapore operation. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the C&B Manager who is responsible for both Rewards and Shared Services in the HR team. You will be the trusted advisor to support the HR operations including implementation of compensation policies and benefits schemes, annual compensation reviews, salary benchmarking and benefits review. In addition, you will be responsible for Expatriate Management and payroll management. You will support the C&B Manager to drive the execution of programs, policies and processes to the business needs of all divisions.
You are HR qualified and have between 6 – 8 years of relevant experience preferably as HR Generalist, C&B Specialist or in a HR Consulting background. Prior background working in a fast paced environment within the professional services/FMCG industries will be desirable. You are numerate, analytical with an eye for details. Ideally, you will have experience using SAP HR System and managed International Mobility including taxation.
