Our client is a global investment corporation with diverse assets globally. In support of its continued growth in China, it is now recruiting a high caliber HR Business Partner for China.
Reporting to the Corporate HR, you will work closely with China senior management and business leaders in aligning the business and people strategies through appropriate advice and intervention. You will set up HR function through putting in place robust HR policies, framework, processes and governance. As a strategic HR business partner, you will provide comprehensive HR services in support of the growing business and people agenda for China. You will partner with the Corporate HR in aligning HR practices with the Group and driving organizational development programs. You will maintain connectivity with the HQ on country and developments and challenges. You will keep abreast with the HR and regulatory developments, assess impact on the business and make appropriate HR interventions.
Degree qualified, you will possess 15 years of HR experience including significant years of China market coverage. With strong interpersonal and communication skills, you are strategic and at the same time operationally hands-on, commercial in your approach, highly credible and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have strong knowledge of China regulatory and HR practices.
