This a newly created role which will report to and work closely with the Group Head of C&B, to lead, design, develop and implement the rewards and performance management strategy across the Bank. As it’s a newly created role, there will be significant opportunity to help shape the C&B function across the region while partnering closely with the in-country HR leads. You will be responsible for all C&B and performance management matters.
You will have a strong foundation of Compensation and manage the market salary benchmarking exercise. You manage the annual regulatory review of the remuneration system and policies to ensure compliance ith local regulations and the Financial Stability Board (FSB) guidelines across all locations.
We are looking for a driven individual with strong project management and communication skills. You should have worked in fast-paced environments and be a team player with the ability to engage with stakeholders. The successful candidate is able to proactively initiate and recommend changes.
