This is a leading financial services group with a strong presence in the Asia Pacific region. The organisation has a strong track record of stable growth and profits. It has now embarked on a journey of people transformation to prepare the company for its next lap of growth.
Reporting directly to the Global L&D head, this role will spearhead the design and curate digital learning experience which support capability development initiatives and the development of digital learning assets. In particular, this role plays a critical role in working with other stakeholders to transform the digital learning systems to one that enables social, personalised and self-directed learning options for all employees.
Key responsibilities include designing learner-centric experiences by taking complex information and presenting it into an engaging experience for the employees, and monitoring/assessing adoption and effectiveness of digital learning experiences and assets. Additionally, you need to coach your stakeholders on the innovative use of digital tools to enhance learner engagement and learning effectiveness.
You are degree qualified with at least 8 years of learning design experience with around 3 years of using digital learning tools and platforms. You must be able to build rapport across all levels, demonstrate strong leadership abilities, and display a partnering mentality. Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as a team mindset will be critical success factors for this role.
