We are representing an American MNC, whose APAC HQ is based in Singapore. As a result of continued expansion, the business is looking for a new Organisational Effectiveness Lead for the region.
Based in Singapore, this role will manage a team which provide consulting services in change management, organisation effectiveness and performance issues. This will be done by working in close partnership with HRBPs and business leaders to drive cultural development and organisation change initiatives that address corporate goals and strategies. Key responsibilities will be around strategic business consulting, OD project management and OD capability building.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in developing organisational capabilities that has resulted in fostering positive individual, team and company performance. You should be focused on delivery and results, whilst possessing excellent influencing, project and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity in complex matrix environments and the ability to work in a dynamic environment is essential.
