Our client is a new attraction in Singapore with exciting development plans in the next few years horizon. They are now looking to expand their HR team to hire a HR Manager to support the business’s expansion plans.
Reporting directly to the HR Head, you will be responsible for all aspects of human resources functions including business partnering, talent attraction, talent management and employee engagement.
You will align and implement HR initiatives including rewards, performance management and people learning initiatives. Provides HR operations support on all HR functions e.g. staffing, on boarding, rewards, performance/talent management and learning and development. Help to inculcate a performance management culture by ensuring clear objectives, feedback through behaviours are aligned with the company’s values. You will develop and implement succession plans for key talents and job positions.
You will be degree or post graduate qualified in Human Resource with at least 8 years’ relevant HR experience. You will have strong stakeholder management capability and must have worked directly with senior business leaders as a business partner. Experience working in a start-up environment in sectors such as hospitality, real estate, property development will be an advantage.
