Our client is looking for a L&D Manager and due to business needs, there is now a position for a Learning & Development Manager to join the Singapore team. Reporting to the Head of L&D, you will plan, design, develop, source, implement and evaluate training and development programmes and initiatives to meet learning needs and objectives of the organization and individuals. You will lead, align, direct and guide the Learning and Development (L&D) team efforts to support overall business strategies
The role will have focus primarily into 2 areas namely L&D and Talent Management. Firstly, engage, execute and lead the Talent Management strategy and succession planning initiatives through the leverage of Talent management tools and systems. Drive L&D strategy through aligning, executing and operationalising the framework with business and overall HR strategy. Lead the Annual Learning Needs Analysis exercise in assessing and delivering the appropriate interventions to ensure effective return on investment
You will be HR qualified and have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Talent Management & Learning Development gained in a dynamic environment. Prior background in Hospitality or Customer Service industries will be desirable. You will have strong communications skills to manage a diverse range of stakeholders.
