Our client is a leading Health & Life Science MNC. There is now an exciting opportunity to join as a Regional Learning & Talent Management professional.
Reporting to the Talent Development & Management Lead, you are responsible to drive and implement the new L&D initiatives and agenda for APAC. This will include support the mid to senior leadership development and work closely with in-country HR & Business leaders in developing relevant competencies to support the learning program. You will work partner with your hiring manager in development the framework for the APAC region.
You play a key role in engaging business leaders and HRs in the leadership development in APAC, facilitate people discussions and use people analytics to improve leadership outcomes. You will support regional programs, enhance the associated HR practices, while learning from feedback to improve the learning experience.
In addition, you will implement the strategies to educate and raise transparency on talent management. Collaborate closely with Global function, countries and other key stakeholders in implementing talent agenda.
You will develop talent through various learning and talent initiatives in line with business needs and driving improvements in capability development at all levels. There will be opportunity to deliver training needs where required.
Degree qualified, you will possess at least 10 to 12 years of Talent and Learning experience with a background in HRBP. A self-starter, adaptable and enjoys change management. Confident individual with strong stakeholder management are key to work in a highly matrix organization.
