This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading pharma organization as their Regional C&B Manager. Our client is looking to hire a high calibre Compensation & Benefits professional to support their business in ASEAN. You will partner closely with the in-country HR teams and provide rewards transformation for their ASEAN operations in 5 markets.
This is a highly visible role where you collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement the country group compensation and benefits strategy based on the global philosophy, the relevant global directives, business needs and country market practices.
Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you will play a key role to align the compensation & benefits framework across the markets. You will play a pivotal part to integrate and harmonise rewards across the business entities in the region.
A hands-on mind-set and approached is required for this position. You will analyse competitive trends in compensation and benefits such as to lead and conduct salary review exercise, salary benchmarking, annual performance and rewards exercise. Develop, implement and review procedures to monitor and review salary policy, guidelines and streamlining work processes. Perform job analysis and evaluation for each job position and prepare data and participate in surveys and reviews of data. As part of the people strategy, you will gather and analyse workforce information, benchmarking and trends that will identify the areas for improvements and alignment.
To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to embrace changes as the business is under-going transformation. Ability to influence the business leaders and process improvements are the key mandates for this opportunity. Ideally you will have a minimum of 12 years of Rewards experience with a good track record in guiding the business in developing and implementing compensation strategies across ASEAN region.
