Our client is a leading European MNC with a highly established Asia HQ in Singapore within the Health & Life Science industry. You play a key role in engaging leaders and HR in the talent review process in APAC, facilitate discussions on talents and support in the implementation of succession planning.
You will support and administer all regional training programs; improve associated processes, while learning from feedback to improve the learning experience. You will support implementation of strategies to educate and raise transparency on talent management. Collaborate closely with Global Talent and Learning Managers and other key stakeholders in implementing talent and learning agenda. In addition, you will champion the use of analytics to measure the effectiveness of human capital practices across the region.
You will be HR qualified and have between 8 – 10 years of relevant experience in Talent Development/ Management gained in a dynamic environment. Prior background in FMCG/ Pharmaceutical industries will be desirable. You will have both strong analytical and communications skills.
