Our client is a leading European multi-national and is looking to hire a high calibre Compensation & Benefits professional to support their business in APAC.
Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you will play a key role to align and build the compensation & benefits framework for the markets within APAC. You will play a pivotal part to integrate and harmonise benefits across the business entities in the region. A hands-on mind-set and approached is required for this position. You will analyse competitive trends in compensation and benefits such as to lead and conduct salary review exercise, salary benchmarking, annual performance and rewards exercise. Develop, implement and review administrative procedures to monitor and review salary policy, guidelines and streamlining work processes. Perform job analysis and evaluation for each job position and prepare data and participate in surveys and reviews of data.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 10 to 12 years of C&B experience with a good track record in guiding the business in developing and implementing compensation strategies across APAC region. Prior in experience with Mercer tools will be an advantage. Strong background with HR operations will be beneficial.
To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to embrace changes as the business is under-going transformation. Ability to influence the business leaders and process improvements are the key mandates for this opportunity.
