We have the pleasure of working with a global organisation who is looking for a HRIS Lead in Singapore. This organisation is in the process of upskilling key parts of its HR function. This transformation has created some excellent opportunities across the organisation and none more so than this current need for a HRIS Lead for the APAC region.
Reporting into the Head of HR Shared Services, you will be taking the lead role in defining the longer-term global HR technology roadmap. This includes managing a team of two, working closely with the IT function to maximise HRIS functionality for HR and leading analytics & reporting. This role will focus on system/process improvement and efficiency gains.
You will need to possess demonstrable program management, change management and/or transformation experience within a large and complex environment. You must also display a strong working knowledge of HRIS with Peoplesoft and SAP implementation preferred. An operational understanding of HR structures and processes is necessary, as is a business partnering approach to solving complex challenges. Possessing strong business consulting skills will be critical to excel in this role.
