Our client is a global renowned organization within the Medical Devices industry. There is now an opportunity for a high calibre HR professional to join them as a Regional HR Manager to support the ASEAN region. 

Reporting directly to the HR Director, you are responsible as a trusted HR adviser to support the business. You will work closely with the regional stakeholders and leadership team to harmonize the business, aligning people practices whilst driving key HR initiatives. You will be managing budgeting, manpower planning, rewards, talent and learning in your capacity as a regional HR Manager. 

A degree or post graduate qualification in Human Resource Management and at least 15 years’ relevant HR experience within a multi-national organisation. Proven experience of regional harmonization experience will be an added advantage. Excellent influencing skills with a strong adaptability into a dynamic environment. You would have worked in a multi-national organization with matrix structure and reporting lines. Ideally, you would have worked in Manufacturing or Medical Devices industries.
