We are representing an established Global Financial Services Organisation and they are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for the roles based in Singapore and their regional offices. You will need to develop strong working relationships with key business leaders in order to ensure the recruitment function is effectively supporting the business’ talent requirements. You own and drive the full recruitment lifecycle including operations and strategy. You will work closely with the HR Business Partners and business managers to source for talents, market mapping and building a strong pipeline of talent pool.
You will have a minimum of 8 years of talent acquisition experience with a proven track record of working within a matrix organisation. The ideal candidate must be able to work at strategic level as well as being hands-on and operational in execution. Strong interpersonal skills with the maturity to work with different stakeholders will be key for the role to be successful.
