Our client is a premier payment technology company with clear growth strategy for the region. Due to internal mobility, it is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist for APAC region.
Reporting to Asia Pacific Head of Talent Acquisition, you will contribute to the design and implementation of a robust, progressive and effective Talent Acquisition strategy, operating model, process and governance for various markets and business units across the region. You will ensure that Talent Acquisition function continues to be business-driven, customer-centric and solutions-focused. As a trusted partner and advisor to the management, business leaders, HR Business Partners and wider corporate community, you will manage job requisitions through an effective sourcing strategy, build competitive value propositions and corporate brand in attracting talent, ensure positive interview experience for candidates and be true ambassador of the company’s core values.
You possess at least 10 years of in-house and / or agency experience in talent acquisition gained in global and dynamic companies. You have proven track record in handling high volume and complex job requisitions across markets in the region. With good communication, influencing and organisational skills, you are driven, strategic and also operationally hands-on. You are able to manage conflicting priorities and familiar with social and business networking channels.
