This is an established organisation with a global presence. With big plans on the horizon and a mandate to transform learning and development, they are looking for a Learning & Talent Development professional (Associate Director level) to partner the business across learning and talent development.
You will be a L&D advisor to the business, providing end-to-end support across various learning and development arenas, including performance management, programme evaluation, curriculum planning and design, needs analysis, etc. You will also be involved in vendor management, from sourcing to evaluation. You will also be tasked to look at data analytics for the L&D function, to quantify and measure effectiveness and deliver insights to the business to deepen the learning culture and enhance the L&D experience.
You will have at least 8 years of learning and development experience, with strong business-fronting and partnering exposure. You will have data analytics experience, with an understanding of basic instructional design and adult learning principles. Financial services industry experience is advantageous.
