Our client is a Global Banking giant, who due to internal mobility, is looking to hire a high caliber professional to join their HR team in Hong Kong to head up Regional Payroll Governance. The role will report directly to the Global Head of function and covers a broad APAC geographical remit. In this role you will execute the Global Payroll Strategy, through the development and implementation of a regional payroll plan as well as input to the development, and own the regional implementation and compliance with defined Global Payroll Standards.

The successful candidate will assist the senior stakeholders to drive and implement the Regional Payroll strategy. Excitingly, this person has the remit to build a solid and scalable payroll delivery team and model providing excellent payroll services to the customers. The incumbent is also accountable for the development, improvement and execution of payroll processes to support the performance management objectives of the team as well as the group. The ideal candidate should have significant hands-on experience in payroll management for multiple regions.
