Our client is a leading education institute in the region. There is now an exciting opportunity to be part of the Talent Management team. You will be responsible for work force planning and HR analytics.
Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will drive and implement strategy for Human Resources in optimized staffing strategy. Responsible for annual manpower budgeting exercise. Work closely with the COE team on the implementation of HR policies to ensure consistency on all HR practices throughout the organization. Ensure effectiveness of performance management framework and system. Deliver HR strategies with the main focus on building leadership capabilities, people measures management, employee engagement and corporate policies.
Degree qualified, you will have 10 to 12 years of HR experience with a focus on talent and workforce planning. Self-starter, adaptable and high adaptability. Confident individual with strong stakeholder management are key. Ideally, you will have a background in HR analytics or related experience.
