We are representing a leading regional financial services organisation with over 10,000 employees in more than 10 countries. The organisation is well-known for its innovation and progressive HR function. A global leadership development function was set-up last year and they are keen to bring a Vice President level - Leadership Development Lead into the Group team.
You will report into the Global Head of Leadership Institute. Working closely with the L&D and HR team, this role is highly focused on a broad range of regional as well as global initiatives. The key will be to build regional leadership capability, address specific leadership learning and development needs, and manage leadership programs. You should be able to influence and build relationships in a highly complex and dynamic environment.
Ideally, you should be a senior talent professional with a proven track record leading a learning function within large-scale and heavily matrix multinational organisations. Exposure working at a group level, across multiple business units would be a major advantage. Excellent stakeholder management skills including the ability to lead and influence without direct authority will be necessary for success in this role.
