Senior/Manager, Compensation & Benefits

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead a Compensation and Benefits team to ensure, develop and manage a robust compensation and benefits structure that aligns with both corporate and business goals
  • Formulate and review pay policies, taking into consideration salary benchmarks, remuneration mix and calibration principles for both short-term and long-term incentive schemes including share plans
  • Monitor and analyze remuneration and related trends in key markets and develop appropriate response strategies
  • Manage and implement the performance management process and annual remuneration review exercises
  • Participate in due diligence exercises for potential M&A exercises


Job Requirements

  • A relevant Degree with at least 6 years of experience specializing in Compensation & Benefits
  • A highly analytical mind with superb attention to detail and excellent statistical skills
  • A strong problem solver who possesses a good understanding of various fixed and variable compensation and benefits programmes with proven experience in compensation planning/budgeting benefits programmes implementation and administration. Experience in administering share plans in Singapore-listed companies is a definite plus.
  • Pro-active, hands-on and a process-driven mind with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Must possess excellent written and spoken English language
