A fast-growing Singapore incorporation with global footprint, our client has an immediate requirement for a consummate and dynamic HR professional to join them and play dual roles as HR Business Partner and HR Operations Lead.
Reporting to Global Head of HR, you are responsible for managing HR operations team in the full gamut of HR deliverable services such as and not limiting to recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, performance management, HRIS, employee engagement, learning & development. As an advisor to leaders and management for assigned business units, you will counsel and recommend solutions to employee issues and HR strategies.
You are degree qualified in HR or related fields, and possess minimum 10 years of professional HR experience including 5 years as people manager within Singapore and multinational companies. You have solid knowledge of local legislation, sound HR and project management expertise. You possess strong leadership and communication skills, experience managing different levels of individuals with coaching, influencing and conflict management skills. You are resourceful and self-driven with a high degree of professional integrity with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, and ability to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
