A leading e-commerce player with global footprint, our client has an immediate need for a seasoned HR Business Partner to lead its people agenda for an assigned cluster in South East Asia.
As advisor to the leadership team, you will participate in business strategy development, maximize organizational performance and take lead for HR projects. You will develop and implement HR strategies and programs in areas of recruitment, learning & development, compensation & benefits, talent management and employee engagement for your business group with support from operational HR team. Playing a dual role as Regional Rewards Lead, you represent Asia by working with global Rewards team in rolling out programs and working with regional HR counterparts in implementing initiatives directed at corporate level.
The successful candidate is degree-qualified in Business Administration or HR with minimum 10 years HR management experience including 5 years in managerial capacity. You bring demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, dealing with ambiguity and working in fast-paced. Those with post-merger & acquisition HR related experience coupled with strong project management skills are desired. You are hands-on, mature, task-oriented with influencing and mentoring skill, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You must have strong hands-on knowledge of Thailand Employment Law, and ideally Vietnam and Cambodia too.
