Representing an international technology player, our client has an immediate need for an energetic and dynamic Human Resources Generalist to play an integral role in their regional team.
Reporting to HR Director, you will perform dedicated service delivery of HR activities and partner with business leaders for the assigned region. Key responsibilities are administration of HR policies, employee life cycle from talent acquisition and management, learning and development, employee engagement, workplace health activities, and HR communication. You will also oversee payroll management, support career mobility including relocation activities for international assignees, provide support services to your team and appointed business units, maintenance of HRIS for data integrity and compliance, and HR data reporting and presentation.
Degree qualified, you have minimum 8 years of relevant work experience as a HR Generalist with expertise in HR operations including payroll management and working knowledge of Oracle / PeopleSoft within MNCs. You are highly hands-on and resilient, possess exceptional stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills. You are a team player who is willing to work in a collaborative style, walk the extra mile to ensure delivery and quality of HR services. You are flexible, able to deal with ambiguity, take accountability and able to operate independently in a highly matrix, demanding and fast-paced environment.
