Our client is a global company that has a fun and exciting workplace with an innovative driven culture. They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who will be driving the acquisition and management of talent from Singapore office.
This replacement role is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment function for SEA region. The role reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition and the ideal candidate should be able to bring innovative and creative ways to attract and search for talent into the business. You have 2 direct reports but will be expected to work independently in a highly matrix environment, drive the group talent acquisition strategy and implement plans to meet objectives. You should be able to plan, develop, manage the pipeline and have a high energy personality. You will develop recruitment solutions to attract the appropriate level and quality of staff and be responsible for developing programs within the areas of employer branding and on-boarding.
With strong end to end recruitment experience, you will be working across the businesses providing Line Managers with full support in terms of recruitment. To be considered for this role, you should be a graduate and have worked a minimum of 8+ years in a similar role (in-house and search companies) within a progressive and dynamic environment, preferably in the engineering or construction industries. You have a global mindset garnered from working and recruiting across the regions and are passionate about people development. Prior working experience in a fast paced organization is a great plus.
