We are looking out for an independent candidate who is proactive and a good problem solver. You will be responsible for the full recruitment and selection process as well and maintain and update HRIS records. You will also be supporting the team in communicating HR policies, system and procedures. Additionally, you will support welfare activities and employee wellness programs.
You will have a Degree in HR Management or Business Administration and a minimum of 5 years work experience. You will have a good knowledge of HR policies, procedures and local employment law. It will be an added advantage to know Time-Soft.
You will be given the opportunity to work closely with MDs from different entities and stakeholders. You will also be groomed for career progression in the management role.
