Reporting into the HR Head based in Singapore and working across the region. Either as a junior or more senior HRBP you will be responsible for injecting structure, building operations, integrating relationships with the ultimate aim of responding to successes as the advisory firm wins and consolidates business. Not afraid of the nitty-gritty HR, you will strategically partner with the business to take a proactive and consultative approach in key areas such as compensation and benefits, reward and recognition, dashboards, talent review, plus implement, communicate and deliver the company's Talent Management, L&D and Performance initiatives.
These roles require HR and business vision, entrepreneurial flair along with an awesome sense of humour amidst the often intense times as well as understanding of the different personalities within the advisory sector. It's likely you'll come from within a fast moving area, have bags of confidence, be at ease with presenting your case as you represent HR with conviction to deliver what it takes.
