To be considered for this role, you should be adept at HR roles such as payroll, performance management and the entire on-boarding and off-boarding process. You have to be proficient in HR systems like SAP and Success Factors as you be guiding and advising HR BP on their usage. You will generate HR reports and analytics champion global initiative projects. You will drive the regional performance and compensation policies and cycle and work on compensation benchmarking.
You qualify if you have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and is an Excel expert. You must be able to work with tight timelines and in a fast paced environment. You will also be familiar with Singapore laws and regulations. It would be very advantageous if you are able to pick up relevant IT technology to support HR functions.
This would be ideal for you if you like to be given the opportunity to work directly with the HRD and with different entities across APAC.
