This individual contributor role is a pivotal position that carries a lot of influence with senior business leaders, and, as such you will be required to be the champion and deliverer of seem-less HR Ops for its growing population in Singapore, currently c80 people. You will be managing the end to end HR operations including onboarding, off boarding, maintaining HR policies and payroll management, as well as reviewing and implementing compensation & benefits programs, policies and processes. In addition you will be managing the annual performance and salary review process, and driving feedback culture when it comes to appraisals. As a central point of contact for general HR/payroll enquiries, your role will also include workplace welfare, developing employee initiatives focused on people satisfaction and engagement, plus ensuring fun, energy and enthusiasm infuses the workplace - having a great eye for any cultural disharmony and quick to re-balance the scales!
You will be an experienced mid-level HR Ops professional who genuinely has real regard and care for people. Your warmth, openness, effective communication and strong organized work ethic all combine to ensure completion of initiatives within an entrepreneurial, and at times, relentless creative atmosphere (!) Global perspective and experience working with diverse cultures is a dream for you, and if you have experience in global employee tax treatment - that's a plus! Of course HR policy, practice deployment and adherence, as well as multi-tasking and working well across different business functions, are all natural to you.
Most likely your experience will come from within a fast moving sector such as IT/technology, media, fmcg with solid expertise in -
* HR Ops in diverse working cultures
* Working in a creative fast-moving arena
* Maturity & able to think on feet with authority
