About the role:
To be considered for this role, you must be proficient with budgeting and forecasting. You should be a person with compensation and benefits background and have tax knowledge. In order to do the above successfully, you are a person that is good with numbers and strong in Excel. Additionally, you must be familiar with the Employment Act and be strong in admin. It will be beneficial if you have experience with Workday.
About your day:
On a daily basis, you will be handling employee relations issues, improving work relationships and productivity. You will be working very closely with the accounts team and other stakeholders.
About your profile:
You will have a minimum of 5 years of HR Manager (Generalist) experience with a relevant degree. To be successful in this role, you are a person who is firm, someone who communicates well and has the ability to influence upper management. It will be advantageous if you are a flexible and skilled in project management. You should also be a person who is able to travel and willing to go the extra mile for your staff. It is also important that you are well versed with HR legal requirements.
