Talent Acquisition - Assistant Manager

This leading technology company seeks an experienced recruiter to support hiring of IT technical positions, overseas technical assessment and work with hiring managers to ensure currency of assessments. In addition to your own sourcing, You will work with external recruitment agencies to source talent, and this will include negotiation of terms where appropriate. You will manage the full recruitment process, and also play an integral role in the onboarding of new hires and ensuring effective use of resources.
An additional element of this role will see you work with internal and external training stakeholders to ensure the best support and planning is undertaken for all technical hires to maximise their potential. You will work with senior leadership to identify needs and source for appropriate accreditated providers and ensure competency levels are met.
As the successful candidate you will ideally have a background in agency recruitment or have prior experience working in a consultancy supporting internal technical hires. You will show strong technical IT experience and be comfortable conducting technical interviews. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage but is not essential. Exposure to learning and development will be viewed favorably.
