Our client is looking for a senior Talent Acquisition to join their new and expanding HR team -

Reporting into the Head of Total HR, and working with Talent Management your remit is to design, implement and deliver a series of effective recruitment strategies to support the multi-country region. You will be results-oriented as you manage the talent acquisition process through job lifecycle including role briefing, salary negotiation to offer stages, as well as advising business stakeholders, HR colleagues and external parties on talent acquisition including sourcing strategies. Utilizing a variety of techniques and recruitment assessments, you will provide high quality short lists of candidates to the business and lead on APAC strategic initiatives.
This is senior yet very hands on strategic role, and would suit someone senior in the recruiting space eager to challenge themselves to the next level. You'll already have a solid tenure in-house recruiting or RPO with some agency recruiting within a fast moving sector, and sound understanding in how recruitment strategies help to implement set talent management initiatives. With strong business acumen, you possess sound knowledge of best practices within recruiting, campus hiring, alumni engagement, candidate experience, leadership hires, EVP branding...really understanding what it takes to shape the culture and DNA of a business through who it hires and the quality of individuals.
