Most attractive Hong Kong employers for 2018 revealed

These organisations have been voted by jobseekers as the three with the best employer brands.

Randstad has announced this year’s most attractive employers in Hong Kong.

Hosted for the sixth consecutive year, the Randstad Employer Brand Research awarded the top honours to CLP Power Hong Kong Limited.

Public transport operator MTR and property developer Swire Properties ranked second and third respectively on this year’s list.

The awards are presented to the top three companies to work for in Hong Kong that have received the highest attractiveness score in the survey. The winners for this category are selected from the 75 of the largest employers in Hong Kong based on local workforce size and exclude conglomerates.

T. K. Chiang, Managing Director at CLP Power Hong Kong Limited, said: “This award is a strong recognition to our entire workforce who have been working tirelessly to serve our 2.5 million customers with a safe and reliable supply of electricity at reasonable prices.

Randstad also gave out sector awards for banking and financial services; information technology; and luxury, retail and consumer.

The winners are:

Information Technology – IBM
Luxury, Retail & Consumer – Richemont
