New roles at Schneider Electric, PT Astra International and more

Jacques PalluelJacques Palluel, HR Director – Global Supply Chain, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Retail, Schneider Electric

Jacques Palluel has taken on a new portfolio as the HR Director for the Europe, Middle East and Asia region at Schneider Electric’s Global Supply Chain Retail arm, based in Grenoble, France.

In his previous role at the energy management organisation, he was the HR Business Partner for the Logistics and Network Design global team, based in Singapore.

In addition, he also led the Global Supply Chain HR Projects team. The Global Supply Chain HR programmes portfolio included the identification, development and recognition of our key experts, and ensuring that its HR offers are aligned with the company’s production system.

He first joined Schneider Electric in March 2008, and has almost 10 years’ HR experience. 

Ramsi Dharma TjahjadiRamsi Dharma Tjahjadi, Corporate Organization Development Analyst, PT Astra International Tbk

Ramsi Dharma Tjahjadi has joined Indonesian trading company PT Astra International Tbk as a Corporate Organization Development Analyst, based in Jakarta.

He was previously with elevator and escalator installation company Jardine Schindler Group as a Group HR Officer dealing with compensation and benefits, and employee communications.

An HR and employer branding enthusiast, he first started his career in training and development with the Directorate General of Higher Education and L’Oreal Indonesia.

Vivek NathVivek Nath, Singapore Country Head, Willis Towers Watson

Willis Towers Watson has appointed Vivek Nath as its new Singapore Country Head.

In addition to being the Country Head for Singapore, Nath will continue in his current role as Willis Towers Watson’s Head of South Asia. He will lead the firm’s businesses across several markets while overseeing strategy and managing relationships with key clients throughout the Southeast Asia region.

Prior to his current responsibilities, Nath held several general management positions at the firm and was most recently the Country Head for Willis Towers Watson in India.

Throughout his two decades of consulting and client management experience with public and private sector clients in India, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and Brunei, Nath has helped many companies succeed in their transformation and globalisation efforts.
