Karen PinkKaren Pink, Head of HR, Integrated Facilities Management, Jones Lang Lasalle

Karen Pink has been appointed the Head of HR for Australian property developer Jones Lang Lasalle’s Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) division.

Effective September 2017, Pink will oversee all the human capital needs of the IFM division.

She was most recently the HR Director of Singapore investment management firm Unity Group, responsible for all HR matters at the company.

Pink has over 25 years of HR experience. She has developed and driven HR strategic initiatives to support businesses in culturally diverse, growing and change-heavy environments.

She possesses varied industry exposure in high volume, low margin private and corporate sectors, including resources (BHP Billiton & Rio Tinto), transport and logistics (Linfox), infrastructure (Transurban/City Link) and retail (Coles Myer). 

Jeannie Phun, HR Director, Cluster Countries and Talent Management, Asia-Pacific, IDEMIA

Jeannie Phun has taken on the role of HR Director, Cluster Countries and Talent Management, Asia-Pacific (APAC) at French digital security company IDEMIA.

Prior to this, she was the Senior Manager, HR, APAC at health emergency equipment manufacturer Physio-Control, which is now part of Stryker.

She has over 17 years of experience in talent management, organisational development, recruitment and industrial relations, having started out her career at Singtel and GroupM.

Phun writes on her LinkedIn profile that she is passionate about people development.

“While HR is a transferable skill across all industries, the dynamics across businesses are unique,” she writes.

Jasmine LiewJasmine Liew, Seminar Leader (Leadership Development), The University of Manchester

Jasmine Liew is now attached to The University of Manchester as its Seminar Leader of Leadership Development.

In this role, she will provide insight to participants on how to lead successfully in work organisations, take a psychological approach based on up-to-date research evidence about three key skills necessary to lead successfully: influence; relationship-building; and ethics, and more.

She also founded organisational development firm Breakthrough Catalyst, and brings with her vast regional corporate HR, learning and organisation development experience, and expertise from the various organisations and industries she previously worked with – ranging from Singapore Civil Service, MNCs and Singapore GLCs.
