Elements Global Services is still new to Asia, but is making its presence felt, particularly among the fast-growing start-up community in Singapore and beyond. “We do have a lot of start-up with Series A-to-C funding that are using our services,” Ong noted, adding that the award would help to cement its place as the pioneer EOR service provider here.
“This provides us with a stronger confidence in speaking to our clients, and explaining how EOR can work well in the region.”
The company is also working to expand its offering, including through its own HR Management software that integrates easily with all of Elements’ partners and clients – which means they are able to manage all of their overseas staff with a single login.
