Our client is a leading pharmaceutical and life sciences group with turnover in excess of £28 billion. The current incumbent has been promoted to take on a global role at HQ and therefore, the Group is looking to replace the Regional C&B Director, APAC, position in Singapore. Job Description

Reporting to the Global C&B Head based in Germany and dotted to the VP HR for Asia-Pacific, you will lead a small team in APAC to drive the Group’s APAC Rewards strategies in support of evolving business needs. As a regional leader, you will be expected to pay close attention to shifting market condition and how they affect the organization’s talent base in relation to existing plans and pivot effectively to attract new talent. You will work closely with the APAC Management Board to develop broader policies around salary planning, performance analysis, health and wellness, and retirement programs specific to APAC region. Furthermore, you will also partner with Business Leaders and Mergers & Acquisitions team to analyze and negotiate issues relating to the evaluation of potential acquisitions targets.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a proven C&B leader with an astute commercial mind and the ability to effectively partner with HR, Business Leaders and Vendors. APAC experience is compulsory. You will possess extensive managerial experience and the ability to communicate complex principles effectively at all levels within the organization.

Critical: Regional C&B experience (covering China, Australia, India and Southeast Asia) and strong stakeholder relationship management
